Welcome to Nodeline Systems. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using our website, APIs, or software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference.
1. Scope of Services
Nodeline Systems provides high-performance software architecture, web platforms, mobile application development, AI integrations, and cloud migration services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be agreed upon under a separately signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed MSA:
- All original work created by Nodeline Systems customized specifically for the client transfers to the client upon full payment.
- Nodeline Systems retains the rights to pre-existing proprietary tools, open-source architectures, and generalized algorithms utilized during development.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of our cloud infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access to our APIs, or engage in any data scraping or abuse.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nodeline Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nodeline Systems LLP is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
